1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and to DigiAEO services, provided by DigiAEO Marketing: AI visibility audits, AEO and GEO consulting, and website development. The scope, fees and timelines of each project are set out in a written proposal or agreement, which prevails if it conflicts with these terms.

2. No guarantees

AI tools and search engines are run by third parties and their answers vary. We do not guarantee rankings, citations, mentions, traffic or sales. Our reports describe findings from a stated set of tests on stated dates.

3. Demo and sample data

The live demo uses a fictional company and sample answers written by us. It does not show real client results. DigiAEO is not affiliated with OpenAI, Google, Perplexity or any other AI platform.

4. Fees and payment

Fees and payment terms are stated in your proposal. Applicable taxes, such as GST, are charged extra.

5. Your responsibilities

You will give us accurate information and the access we reasonably need, and confirm you have the right to share any content or site access you provide.

6. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of your content. On full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for you. We keep our tools, templates and methods. Third-party components remain under their own licences.

7. Confidentiality

We treat non-public information you share as confidential and use it only to provide the services.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for a service is limited to the fees you paid for it in the preceding 12 months.

9. Ending the services

Either party may end a project as set out in the proposal. Fees for work already done remain payable.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
